You look too young for arthritis, although I know it can start at any age. I suggest a hard look at an anti-inflammatory diet. Most times it is just that, inflammation. Omega 3's and so on. Google it and start there. It's not about the running, it's about the intake. I know it has worked for me, and I have a lot more reasons for arthritis.0

i have a butt load of knee problems since forever so i feel your pain. literally lol. what i found that works for me was a combination of strengthening the muscles and tendons around my knees/legs, upping my omegas, and supplementing with glucosamine & chondroitin which is supposed to promote healthy joints. good luck and take it slow.0

Running in a pool reduces the stress on your knees.....if that is an option. With a floatation belt you can "run" in the deep water with no impact.0

One last time in caps for effect:
That's: GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN -- any local store that sells vitamins. If you can get to a commissary, they seem to sell it the cheapest. It'll take a couple of weeks but then you'll feel wonderful.0 -

Unfortunately, I suffered knee injuries when I was younger and the pain gets worse as I get older!0 -
