    Slow and steady wins the race! :) My only advise for you is the work out as often as possible (even if you're walking for an hour, to keep things light and easy)...and eat right!

    2) move a little more
    3) drink more water

    If you do it too quickly without changing your life in a way that you will be able to sustain after losing weight, then chances are you will gain it back. If you are dedicated and follow your plan, it will happen.

    You only have to follow three simple rules:

    - Workout 3 times a week with weights.
    - Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
    - Reduce calories to lose 1-2 lbs / week.
    - If you want to do it faster add cardio to the mix.

    Welcome! This is a fun way to lose weight and it teaches you to eat realistically. My advice is to just stay focused and definitely drink your water, it'll give you the energy you need. Exercise 2x daily if possible. I walk in the early morning before I eat breakfast and then do a light bike ride after dinner. Find some friends that will encourage you and keep track of each other.
