maintaining weight

I have reached my weightloss goal and beyond what I thought I could. I don't want to lose anymore weight. I have recently finished Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and prior to that Turbofire. For the past weeks have been mixing and matching various things. Am used to working out 5-6 times a week a mix of cardio and strength. What next? Do I eat more or exercise less? I am not on a diet per se but I do watch how much I eat (not big portions) and eat as little processed food as possible. I do treat myself now and again with chocolate/ice cream etc. I don't want to lose weight but I don't want to put back on the 18lbs I have lost since January. What can you advise? Thanks!

keep your work out the same. goolge RMR/BMR and total daily energy expenditure. this is pretty simple just imput your stats and activity level and you will get the total amount of cals you need per day to maintain your current weight. check ou this website caloriesperhour.com/tutorial_BMR.php
