I know that things from nature our the healthiest option but I was wondering what "prepackaged snacks" you have used to satisfy your cravings and keep you under your calorie count?

Hummus, salsa, guacamole, whole grain crackers, nut butters, high fiber low sugar cereal, anything high in fiber or protein really.0

Pre-packaged? When I get the munchies I eat Muesli bars, yoghurts or weightwatchers snackbars. Otherwise it's a piece of fruit or some carrot sticks etc.0
