When are you at your lightest on the scale during the day?

I used to weigh the least when i would wake up. But since my schedule has changed and i work really early mornings i weigh the least now when i get home from work around 2pm lol. Was 145.8 yesterday after work and 147.8 this morning.0

Right after I wake up and use the restroom.0

Normally, when I first wake up. But if I go for a long run, I sweat so much that I'm down a few pounds. Until I rehydrate.0

Wouldn't it be good if we could all get in the shower and wash the fat away!
Mornings just b4 shower but I am going to try and keep my weigh ins to once a week0 -
Before breakfast, after I wake up and go to the bathroom. I'm not lighter after a shower, because my hair is wet and weighs more, haha.0

In the a.m., after I pee and before breakfast. I'm a little obsessive with the scale; I admit it. But it's a good motivator for me and I'm not bothered by the fluctuations that go on over a few days. As long as I'm seeing an overall downward trend over time, i'm good.
