These are by far the best brownies I've ever made

And for the UK people here are the grams and ingredients I used

Gales - Blossom Honey - Tablespoon, 160 g
Hershey's - Hershey's Cocoa-Unsweetened, 5 tablespoon (5g)
Doves Farm - Stoneground Rice Flour , 90 g
Nic's homemade - Applesauce, 100 grams
Pura - Organic Rapeseed Oil, 30 ml
Tesco - Large Free Range Eggs, 1 Egg
Dr Oetker - Natural Vanilla Extract, 4 ml

Nutrition per brownie (makes 16)

Kcal 82 Carbs 6g Fat 3g Protein 1g Fibre 1g

    To be honest I was a bit like "how much f-ing honey?!" as its a lot. But then no other sweetener is needed. I actually licked the jug clean from the honey/ cocoa mix. Tramp.

    I used gluten free flour, with normal they will probably rise more

    I was going to cut them bigger, but I went for the 16 portions as the recipe said. I'm just greedy though

    bump - had a tin sliver of my daughters shop bought brownie today - yum - but I'm sure it was a lot more than 82cals!

    Holland and Barrett sell it, also Tesco have brown rice flour in a clear pack. I got the Doves brand from the nutricentre within Tesco
