Losing Steam!

The past couple of weeks I have not been into counting calories or vigorous workouts. I haven't been into much at all lately...
My Zumba class ended and I feel like I started gaining weight over night! I think I've gained about 3 pounds since it ended (maybe 3 1/2 weeks ago?) I just have very little motivation to keep this up. I'm reaching for easy, pre-packaged stuff instead of cooking or makingI was losing weight and feeling good. People were actually complimenting me. Even though it's a 3 pound gain, it feels like 30. The compliments have stopped, my clothes aren't fitting right and I just feel terrible.
I need some serious motivation!
Guilt trip me! Give me advice! Warn me of the health issues associated with gross foods!

Just start back slow. The all or nothing thing will kill you - I know, as I am a total all or nothing and have been for years! I am on the moderation plan now - if I can stick with "good" most days of the week, only be a little "bad", then at least I'm not gaining back. Just think, if you start back a little NOW, you won't be one of the New Year's resolution babies potentially setting up for failure with the ALL or NOTHING!0
