I'm 5'6 and 138 lbs. I'd LOVE to get to 128, but for the past year I've been boucing between 136 and 139 lbs. I've tried eating better, working out more, and I just feel like I can't find ANYTHING to work for me. (I haven't logged food in a while so you won't see anything in my diary. I'm going to start logging again on Monday) Does anyone recommend any foods, work outs, diet supplements, or anything that could help me lose 10 lbs.?! Thanks!

Have you cut back on your calories?
As far as I know, when you start losing weight, your calorific needs change.0 -
I have cut back a little, but not drastically!0

Here are some ideas:
-Completely give up sugar
-Change up your exercise routine. You may need to up the intensity or try a different kind of workout
-Cut out bread. Not necessarily all carbs though. If you cut out bread that could make a difference.
That's all I have right now!0 -
Perhaps your body has simply found its "happy spot" so to speak? Sometimes people want to lose more weight than their bodies really want to, so they stall. You seem to be right in the mid-range for normal for your height, so it would make sense that it would be harder to get lower. Obviously I am definitely not saying you can't weight less, there are all sorts of tricks and such, and with time it's absolutely possible. But there's a spot people reach where it becomes harder to keep losing, and they have to start resorting to things that they may or may not find sustainable to keep off that little bit extra. You could cut out sugar or bread, but if you go back to eating it the "extra pounds" might come back, for instance.
This is just my assumption, though. I don't know your body, I'm just trying to give potential insight. This MAY be what's happening with you, but it also may not. Either way, good luck to you.0 -
I loveee bread and eat it every day! Lol. I'll def. cut that out then and see what happens, because it's my weakness! I have either a PB&J sandwich everyday for lunch or grilled cheese with my daughter, Then usually Ill have some sort of bread like a chicken sandwich or lunchmeat sandwich for dinner!0
