any online running/weight loss plans?

i am searching but i'm not finding! has anyone printed any weight loss plans? if so, where did you get them?
i've found a couple but they are to lose 5lbs in 15 weeks. yeah.... cause i want to wait that long!

i've lost almost 1lb each week. i've been at this for 3 weeks now. i know if it comes off slow the better and i'm cool with that. but i want something that will push me. currently, i do 12 mins on the cross trainer and burn about 100 cals. and then its about 20 mins on the treadmill, burning about 150-200. i don't want to stop losing weight

    dont know of any weight loss plans online other than calorie counting and exercising. why dont you do a dvd type exercise every day as well, have a look on youtube, there are loads including jillian michaels 30 day shred. do you run on the treadmill? increase your time or pace or if you walk there is the online couch to 5k program which gets you running

    Have you tried your public library? When I do a search with the words athlete and diet for my library, it comes up with vegan diet books. Engine 2, Thrive Fitness and Eat and Run. Runners World has a runner's diet and book that is on sale at amazon too.

    I'm a runner too and I tried Engine 2. I felt quite good on the diet, but no big bursts of energy, probably partly because I didn't follow it faithfully and because it got really hot and that really affects my performance. I did lose weight more quickly though.
