and it was sooo good! Lou Malnati's spinach delivered all the way from Chicago to Nashville!
And, given the 500 cals in cardio this morning, 600 calories for lunch was no big deal! I still have another 600+ for the rest of the day.
I love exercise calories

You can only absorb and metabolize so many calories in one sitting. After that it's calorie over flow that will either be accumulated as fat or pee'd out; even if you only have half your daily allotted calories to go0

I hope I peed out the taco bell I had for lunch...lol.0

I've been craving GOOD pizza lately. I haven't had any since February, and I live in Chicago. I keep thinking about ordering it, but never get around to it. I want to do it on a Monday since that is my weigh in day, so I have the rest of the week to make sure it's burned off.:laugh:0

You aren't going be urinating any calories unless you're a diabetic with severe renal failure.0 -

Yes, but if I am consistently under my daily calories this won't matter because I will be burning off those minimal stores of fat anyway.0 -

If your meals are spread out to five or six meals a day you are right0 -

Technicality... Nutrients are pee'd out all the time for both diabetics and non diabetics. You pee them out to.0 -

Okay...then let me know what fits through the fenestrations in the glomerular apparatus, because to my knowledge nothing does barring kidney malfunction.0 -

Amen! I plan to enjoy the second 1/2 today! With not a second thought to 600 calories in one sitting! I'm almost enjoying thinking about eating it as much as I will enjoy eating it... almost!0 -

I couldn't tell either, so I looked up some definitions. A fenestration is an opening in a membrane, or an surgically created opening. A glomerular apparatus relates to the glomerulus, which is a cluster of capillaries in the kidney that initiate the creation of urine. So I guess in plain English, the original poster is expressing doubt that what is described would actually pass through the kidneys unless they weren't functioning properly.0
