I would like to see some before and after pics for motivation. My starting weight was 250lbs and I am currently down to 239. I joined MFP in 2010, but was not really serious about it. After coming back last week I have lost a total of 4.8 lbs. :--) I have logged in everyday and each day I always look at a sucess story. It really helps motivate me to want to share my story one day. So if there is someone out there who used to weigh 250lbs and 5'8 I would love to see pics. I want to get down to 170 or 165. Thanks It would be great to see where I want to be.

    Here are mine....I've lost a little more but these are the pics I have :) I'm about 5'8 and I would have been about 230-240 in the beginning and around 170 in my afters

    Here is mine. I am 5'2, I started at 174 and currently 145. I still have 17 pounds till I hit my goal weight.

    Thanks everybody!!! Way to go. Now I am more determined to do this. As I make a grilled chicken salad for my whole family for dinner.
