Maybe im just an old fart lol or behind times, but what does BUMP MEAN :-)

    when you post in a thread it gets 'bumped' up to the top of that section of the forum.

    Took me about a month to figure out what NSV was haha

    NSV means Non Scale Victory. For example if you ran a bit further today or fit back into skinny clothes or accomplished a goal
