Today's challenge is: Mummy Kicks
Let's do 2 minutes of them.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.
Some of you may find it easy while others may find it brutal. Take it
at your own pace and with all exercises don't over do it.

I just typed in Mummy Kicks from youtube home page and got them. And done....only did 1 set of 1 minute; but I can do another if we are going to follow purplebabe202's lead! Thanks for the nudge. :flowerforyou:0
