If i eat over my protein and fat by like 20 grams each but i have 40 carbs and 300 cals left what do i eat and how can i avoid this

Click on settings at the top, then diary settings and you can change your setting to whatever you want.0

ok its open, thanks. the sushi and ice cream were a splurg today very rare. i am always going over something either fat protein or carbs with cals left. its frustrating0
