    I am a company director, running a busy ad agency. Two grown up kids (twins!). Doing quite well on the weight loss but can't get the body fat % down, mainly because I haven't managed to fit the gym into my crazy schedule!

    Is there anyone out there? Age immaterial, I'm very young at heart :smile: :smile:
