add guar gum or xanthum gum for a better consistency

How much? Will it change the taste?

Tried this with my little cousins yesterday. We put ovaltine in the almond milk. It was yummy, healthy, and a great way to get the wiggles out!

I tried this and had trouble with getting it to freeze. I had added the chia seeds before though , that maybe was part of the trouble and maybe not enough ice. It came out more like pudding though it was tasty. Spent a bunch of time shaking so probably burn't more cals then I took in on it.

I just made this but using no vanilla and added a squirt of SF chocolate syrup. This is half the portion and it was so yummy. Thanks for posting how to make this!!

Made this the other day. I love it!
It reminds me of the snow ice cream my mom would make when I was young and it was snowing.
    Will make this more often.
