THE PANDORA RUNNING GAME

It's simple. It's fun. It's a great cardio.

Okay so you download pandora on your phone. Then you make a playlist. Add every possible artist that you can think of that you like. Press play. Never skip a song. Run like a mad person. If it's a slow song then you jog or walk. If it's fast paced you run. If a commercial comes on you do push-ups or sit-ups until the commercial is over. The game lasts for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or if your in really good shape 1 hour.
