around 30 lbs actually. I take every summer and try to lose as much weight as possible, then maintain through the year until summer gets here again

while I can't say it was always easy to get there, all the hard work was TOTALLY worth it! and I have a brand new LIFESTYLE now, so I don't get tempted to go back to the way things were. it's really great!
