ok so a while back i had a scale and idk if it was me, the floor, the scale or what.....but every time i weighed (like one after another to double check) the numbers would be about 5 lbs. or more off!

does any one know of a really good/accurate scale or have a suggestion? what do you guys use?

If you are going to get a scale make sure you get a digital scale. I don't really have a scale in my home because I use the mirror to define my progress. You can get a quality scale just about anywhere really but if you go to a gym, or if your local supermarkets have a scale then you don't need to really get one.

Supposably the highest rated scale in Amazon.

I found a digital Weight Watchers scale at Walmart on clearance for $2. Half pound increments. Haven't had any issues with it (except that you have to tap it with your foot pretty hard for it to come on).

Yes. That's $2.00. I had just bought one for $23.00 when they put the Weight Watcher's ones on clearance. So I brought back the other one and got like 3 of the Weight Watchers scales for myself and as gifts.
  • that's a pretty good price! especially for the battery power! lol i will look it up online @9611mu

Health O Meter at WalMart. Between 20 and 30 but worth it. Shows lbs and oz's lost. Very sturdy and easy to read. Love it
