Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake
6 oz canned pumpkin (unsweetened)
1 C water or almond milk or skim milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 Tbsp SF/FF cheesecake jello pudding
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Blend together!
Calories with skim milk: 280
Calories with water: 190

    I love anything pumpkin and have done this with the Body by Vi shake mix. YUM! ***Here's a funny for ya...one time when I made it, I grabbed the wrong "P" spice from my cupboard and ended up adding paprika instead of pumpkin pie spice. NOT GOOD! lol
