50 lbs down 80 to go w/ pics

I have such a hard time finding "before" pictures of me, and the ones I do find are of just my face and never a full body shot. So when I ran across this gem I just had to share. The first pic is from 2009. I remember loving that vest because I thought it hid my gut. It was also a snug 22/24. I was probably around 278.
this picture I took today. I weighed in this morning at 231 and the shirt I am wearing is an XL.
Still have plenty of work to do to get to my goal, but I wanted to share my progress.

I have been at it for about 2 years. For me it has been slow going, and I have gone months in that time period with no loss or spent weeks gaining and losing the same 3 lbs over and over. But I refuse to give up and I have maintained and that's what really matters to me. good luck on your journey! we can do this!0 -
