Greetings!

Hi everyone,

this has been really hard for me. To finally step on that scale and see '280' damn near put me in a depressive state for awhile.
But I'm tired of making excuses, and want to finally fight the good fight. I'm inspired by the community here, and wanted to introduce myself :)

    The people here are great. We truly do help support each other. I would say be 100% honest in your food diary and the calories you are burning. That way we can help you know where it is you might need to do better in. There are many awesome people. I'd encourage you to make friends (me too if you'd like). It will help you to see how other people are doing, encourage them and be encouraged yourself too! You can do this, but it's a choice...a tough one at that but not impossible!
