Looking for someone to help me get back on track,done lost over 70lbs,but took 3 years,would like to loose that much and more,in less time.

    Good job! As long as your getting there I wouldnt worry how long it takes you. Being healthy isn't a quick fix. It's a lifestyle. Sometimes we fall but as long as you get back up again your never gonna fail
