Sabotaged.......

Ok, time to fess up. Last few days I have been really bad about eating foods that are HUGE allergy NO NO'S for me. I have been paying for them. I have realized this is not the first time I have literally and figuratively paid for sabotaging myself. So I plan to keep trying to find new ways to have the things I really love and miss, so I will not be tempted to sabotage myself again.



So how do you sabotage yourself?

What is your plan to change that in the future?

    I sabotage myself by not logging everything first.....

    the change is fairly easy, buy groceries to fill up that log....the stuff that will fuel my workouts. Never buy the "sabotage" crap

    make the thing you really love...yourself.

    I sabotage by convincing myself early in my journey that I "earned" a cheat. Once I cheat I struggle getting back on track.
