Eating at midnight

I have a midnight eating habit I tried very hard to bust and must say I succeeded to a fair extent. However the past few days thanks to being TTOM I'm having cravings, and I end up eating a ton of muesli and crackers. When I factor in my gym routine for the day however I stay at 400-500 calories within my daily share. Will I still gain weight? Sunce some of my clothes feel tight. :( What do you say?

If you stay within your calorie goal you will be fine. Time of day consumption is not a factor.

Maybe you should opt out the snacks for a large glass of ice water. As a fellow late-night snacker, I started trading in my dried fruit for water and I really noticed a difference in not just my weight, but the way I felt when I woke up in the morning!

Hope I can do that! Sometimes I'm jolted from sleep and crave for food that water doesn't help!

Your body doesn't know or care what time of the day it is. As long as you're keeping your calorie intake in a deficit, you won't gain weight no matter what time of the day or night you eat.
