I NEED SOME REALLY GOOD WORKOUT ROUTINE IDEAS!!

I am a beginner so I do need some relatively easy ideas, I just get so bored with my same ol' 30min walk around the neighborhood, 60 crunches, 20 lunges, 60 jumping jacks and 15 sit-ups... also I need a routine that won't make me sick and cause me to have to sit in the bathroom for an hour in fear of throwing up. ANY IDEAS???

    Have you considered exercise DVD's you can do at home? Leslie Sansone does a walk at home program and it's very effective. I lost all my weight by walking with Leslie. You need very little room and she's fun to work with. It's low impact aerobics.

    In addition to the walking dvd's you could try the Ellen Barrett DVD's , she works on your strength and flexibility. Alternating Ellen Barrett with Leslie Sansone would give you a nice combination of different types of exercises, plus some variety so you don't get bored.

    For DVDs I would also say look into Davina!! She has a few different ones put the power of 3 is really effective, has different sections for different days and different levels of effort so as you improve you do more!! Worked amazingly for me till it got stuck on the shelf and never made it dow again :)
