    Nothing but working out on Sat. It rained here, couldn't do much.

    enjoyed the sunshine and did everything i could not to spend ££££ as car insurance due ARGHHHH

    i got to hang out with my wifes fam all day yesterday my only day off of work this week :) im sooooo over joyed about that

    no they live 3 hours away and i dont mind them its just that it was my only day off.

    Not much but I had a great work out yesterday burned 1200 calories. BBQ'd And hung with my family!! Found out my Mom is moving by me in a couple months........ All in All nice weekend

    Went camping Fri-Sun... Saturday we kayaked for 8 miles and on Sunday when we got back from camp we went to the local pool and did 8 laps.

    I saw Kiss live in concert, celebrated a friends birthday, took naps, went shopping and partied!!
    What an awesome weekend it was.

    Sad to see Monday here.... Sigh! Had a full weekend-some nice bike rides in-totally wore my dogs out with a nice long walk & then some swimming-dirt track races-paddle boating & some northern fishing & then to top it off diaper bobbing & a bbq! I just have to love weekends that fly by with nothing but fun on the agenda!

    Saturday: Hosted a HUGE cookout at our house...complete with two kegs.

    Sunday: Recovered. :sick:

    made a PB on my 5K training run, went for a picnic with my friend and her kids and actually remembered all their names at last (not good with small humans), early night, 3K run, lunch with a friend in town, wine, sex, film, sex, sleep.

    all in all a fantastic weekend.
