i have two NSVs that i am thrilled about!
1..... is in my profile pic. i love that my muscles are visibly changing! the most obvious now are my biceps/triceps, and calves. but, i hope over time they all become more visible!!!

2. i just realized this morning that my diastasis recti has almost completely closed up!!! THIS is awesome! i had 5 kids, in 7.5 years, all Csection. my stomach was a disaster zone!!! i could do ab workouts til i turned purple and nothing changed. the separation was easily 2-3 fingers width wide.

even after 3 mo of p90x ab ripper x there was a huge gap!!! i started stronglifts and took my ab work outs from the floor to the weights ( the new rules of lifting for abs is great too!!) and today, i can barely get ONE finger in the gap, it's more like a finger tip!!!!

i love that lifting weights is changing my body, even if i can't see it on the scale ;-)

Those are both great NSVs. You should be very proud of the progress you have made. Keep up the good work and clean eating and I am sure you will see more greatness!

See YOU ARE changing. Those are wonderful NSV. Makes me excited that my husband has started weight training me until we get more stuff for me to be able to do it on my own. That is if he remembers :grumble:
