Need Advice switching from Atkins to MFP

I have been doing Atkins a few weeks and it works well. I just can't stomach any more eggs, bacon, sausage and beef. Just cooking those foods makes me sick now. Anyway, I wanted to add back some whole grains and fruit. I was about to go on WW but I found this MFP program. How does it compare to Atkins and WW? If I go by the daily guidelines, can I expect to lose as much weight as WeightWatchers? I have done WW in the past and had excellent results. Hoes does the MFP plan compare to WW and Atkins? Any personal experiences are greatly appreciated. I need to lose about 70 lbs.

MFP isn't a 'diet plan' so much as it is simply a calorie tracking website with a huge community.0

It does give you a daily goal and guidelines though. Do they compare closely with WW for the most part as far as daily intake?0
