Almost at my goal weight with pics!

Hey everybody,
I just wanted to share my progress on here after looking at old photos of myself and not believing the difference. I started trying to loose weight a year and a half ago after realising how unhealthy I was. The first bit of exercise i introduced into my life was Jillian Micheals 30 day shred and have since got pretty much all her dvds! I then did C25K and now after not being able to run for more than a minute a now run 5k three times a week.

Now im trying to loose my last 6lbs in the next few months which are proving to be a lot harder!

current weight - 125lbs
goal weight - 119lbs
