Losing motivation, need support please

I've come so far, but still have a way to go to reach my goal. It seems that I am stuck at the weight I am for a while now and need to kick it up a notch in order to lose this weight. I've been stuck for almost 2 months and am sick of waiting for results to happen. I need motivation and support to get over this bump in the path of my goals. I am disappointing myself and others by not meeting those goals. I know that it doesn't really matter what other people think, but I know that they are judging me and watching my progress. If anyone has any helpful hints or just encouragement please feel free to pass them along. Feel free to add me.

    Hey babes, i see you have come SOOOOOOOOOO far already! :drinker:

    I was like you last year i lost 130lbs(on my own) and got stuck on a plataux for 7 months :sick: and nothing in the end i just gave up and put on 35lb in 3 months!!!! :noway:

    as a rule can i give you some to stick by???

    1.hide the bloody scales(REALLY) give them to hubby to hide where you will not go so you REALLY hide them!
    2.weigh monthly
    3.water
    4.more protein less carbs
    5.try to swap the exersice about weekly so it changes it about.

    Sometimes your body needs a rest from losingthe weight time to catch up with it's self if you know what i meen! Give it time it will come back to you! x

    Firstly WOW you have come very far!! Maybe change up your gym routine, and eating, to wake your body up a bit.

    We need you! I've been losing motivation too and need people like you who have done so much for so long. I've been doing this just 6months and I'm already tired. I'm about half way to where I kinda want to be but not where I SHOULD really be. My body does follow the " 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound" theory.

    Today I was so just sick and tired of being "good" that I went to Bob Evans and had a Country Biscuit breakfast with hash browns. In the past that would send me on a downward spiral of binge eating but because of watching people who have hung in there and lost amazing amounts of weight I know I'll just brush myself off and pick myself back up.

    I'm changing things up a bit for a few days. I've been low carb and I picked up bing cherries and such and I'm going to eat just all the fruits and veggies I want for a couple days and plan to eat to maintenance at least today and maybe tomorrow. Then I'll go back to low carb because that's what works for MY body. I may just do some casual exercise for the rest of the week or even take a couple days off in a row.

    It's ok to show weakness every now and then. I'm putting away my scale before I break it since I resorted to bouncing up and down on it today like a child when it still didn't move, LOL.
