Hi I just start it yesterday , my main goal is to get in shape mostly lose my gut I have so does anyone have advise or tips for me I hope mfp really work for me I do workouts at nights. And going go running has much has I can

It works if you stick to it properly.
Best thing is to set your weight loss goal per week properly to ensure you eat enough calories. If you don't have much to lose than put your goal at no more than 1lb per week (less than 15 lbs should be 0.5lbs per week).
Eat clean, limit processed foods, and drink your water.... along with exercise you'll get to your goal. It may take some time but if you follow the program you'll get there. Eat at least 1/2 of your exercise cals back too (or all of them if you have a heart rate monitor - the calories here are overestimated for exercise).0 -
