Okay, so I never imagined I'd actually be able to get here. I'd done dieting before and lost 20 some odd pounds, only to put it back on in excess. But, I have managed to lose (and keep it off) this time by just cutting calories. I never thought that I would start exercising (I've always hated it). But, now I try to workout for at least 30 minutes a day. It's taken almost a year, but I've finally dropped over 100 pounds. That's almost a third of my heaviest weight! Now, I still want to lose a bit more (20-40 lbs) but I'd say 100 is quite an accomplishment. :happy:

Okay, enough with the chit chat, here's my "before and 'after'" pics.

I'm 5'11"

Before (I think this is around my heaviest @ 324 lbs)

    Great job! Try to keep up the exercise ...sooo important for preventing later health problems. I know it's hard to find the time. Keep trying different things until you find something you really like. I use exercise as my excuse to get out of cooking dinner -- ha ha.
