Food Ideas

So I just input all my stuff for what I'm eating today/tonight and yea.. I'm barely going to hit 1200 calories. This is not good. I need to hit something higher.

I need some good ideas of healthy snacks to help me out.

I will be eating a thing of greek yogurt in the AM and a banana in the PM. I used to not have this problem, usually I was hitting too high.

    Have some nuts or peanut butter... both add quite a few calories for not much food. Or add some oil to your dinner for some extra cals.

    Didn't think about PB.. I might run to the local grocery store at lunch and see if I can find something healthy to have as well.

    Add some peanut butter to that banana.. Yum! Adding good fat and protien!
