Abs are built in the kitchen but strengthening your core IS INDEED one of the most important things you can do for your body period.0

By the way- decided this 3rd week will be the same exercises as the previous 2 and then August will be new exercises! I want them to still be exercises that ANYONE can do, ANYWHERE and with body weight or something creatively used as weight.
