    Great Job! You are an inspiration to me! I am new on this journey and started am just now where you were at your heaviest but it is wonderful to see "real" people lose the weight the old-fashioned way. Everyone one I know in real life have lost by extreme measures ~~ by-pass, lap band, extreme weight loss, the show!, etc. Nice to know this way works since it is what I am attmpting also.
