help!!! good daily food goal levels for sodium/protein/etc?

I'm currently eating 1500 calories a day, and MFP has me eating:
Carbs- 206
Fat - 50
Protein - 56
Sugar - 30
Sodium - 2500

I am looking to lose weight (about more 8 pounds) and be fit/tone, but I don't want to eat under or over a good amount. Can someone give me guidance or point me in the direction of information about healthy intake levels for these things? Also, can someone tell me how to change my specific goals for carbs/fat/protein/etc. on my diary?
