Hello I'm Christy!! Been with the program for 2 wks and I fell off the bandwagon after losing 86 lbs. but this is my 1st time actually taking the time and using My Fitness Pal :happy:

Hi Christy, welcome to MFP.. Stick with it, focus on your goals and have fun. Give it time and be prepared to learn and make adjustments and you WILL reach your goal.

Hi Christy! I'm new to MFP too, but so far I love it. I like having the support of so many people (I am an emotional eater) and in the few days that I have been on here it has really helped me out a lot. I'm always looking to add new people to my support group so feel free to add me as a friend.0

Hey Christy,
Get back on the wagon and ride it harder this time. I believe you are going to succeed, but you have to believe in yourself first. MFPs will always be there for you, but we need you to be there as well.

If you managed to lose 86 LBS before, then you got what it takes. Like you, I had lost before but fell off and gained it back. Im back.
I was able to lose that without MFP and I am just now using this for my 3rd week in a row & I gained back 15 lbs. and I'm not gonna go up anymore I've worked to hard to come this far and I love that it holds me accountable and I can look up just about everything before I even eat it. Thanks again0
