"Even when I'm struggling, I can still succeed" + NSV.

Week 20

As some of you may know from my postings around the forum, I'm seriously struggling right now. I'd also given up all hope of continuing towards my goal, and I'd put on 1.5lbs, putting me at 167lbs.

Well, I've been trying really hard this week and, while there have been a few slip ups here and there, I've managed to lose 2lbs from the last time I weighed in! (20/7).

Current weight is 165lbs :-)

Not only that but, and this is a BIG one, I CAN WEAR JEANS!!! . Like, real, proper, legitimate jeans. Not jeggings. Not stretchy jeans. But jeans.

I have literally not worn jeans since I was about 14 years old.

And here I am in them :-) they are a size 11/12 Applebottoms, whatever that size is :laugh: (the gray ones), the blue ones are a size 12 :-)




^(my butt is NOT that flat. The jeans are still a little too tight :laugh:)

I hope I can be a source of hope and inspiration to others. I know this journey is hard, trust me, I know, but if you keep at it, you're almost guaranteed to get results. And I remember just starting out, the uncertainty, still feeling fat and ugly, and the road ahead appearing to be endless. But keep walking and you'll be at the end of the rainbow soon enough.

And, yes, you can get to the end of the rainbow
