mmmmm I am in lol well try ....also doing 150 jumping jacks from another challenge! Lets ROCK!!! What the heck why not....gonna add in 100 various pushups as well ....feels gooooood!!!

if you can- doing them sitting in your chair is a good workout too.... breathe out as you tighten stomach muscles holding for a few seconds....only slightly bending over so its a lot easier on the back and neck as well.0 -
