Hi I just wanted to share my Pics with you I'm 60lbs down but plenty more to go :)

How I've done it
I :heart: food ( don't we all :P )and cooking grew up on red meat and potatoes or eating out with everything dipped in a sauce of some sort. I have been re learning how to cook, I have such a hard time with diet foods ( I abhor the fake sugar taste ) so I decided to matters in my own hands, I pretty much use normal sugar or natural sugar from food, but its about moderation and figuring out what I like and don't like... I have learned to try everything, and I put my own spin on things :) cooking has brought back this excitement for life, I don't look at is as a chore, or something I should be afraid of I see that it is changing my body daily and just how much more energy I have now, inspires me to try new things. working out on the other hand.. I could do better I have had 3 knee surgeries and though i have lost 60lbs it still hurts me so every day I try do to something whether its a walk or just going up and down my flights of stairs till my legs are shaking. hey what ever works right?
