Well you could make suggestions on where to eat, invite her to your place and cook something healthy, bring healthy snacks with you so you kind of have an out if she offers you junk (no that's okay, I've brought some ___ that I'll eat, but thanks anyway), give her more of an explanation of what you feel is healthy and what's junk that way she can be more aware of the choices that you are making for yourself, and the big one DON'T GIVE IN FOR ANYONE - feeling bad and forcing yourself to eat something you don't want isn't going to help her any more than it's going to help you. You have to stick up for what you are doing. You are going to have lots of temptations along the way and you are the only one that can make the decision to indulge or not. Good luck.
(note: having some junk food in moderation is fine. I have nothing against junk food. I eat it myself, just when I choose too )0 -
Thank you so much I will try that and well tomorrow I kind of do wantto go to jack in the box. What If I eat it and then work extra time at the gym to burn it off?0

This might help...I tell myself, it's ALWAYS going to be there, I can CHOOSE when to have it because it's not like it's going away! I used to think that if I didn't eat it, I'd never see it again. TRUST ME, that's NEVER the case LOL. It is hard to say no because people don't realize how hard it is for you to say no. Sometimes you have to make the hard choice and say, well maybe I have to stay away for a little while from the enabler until I can better control myself. If you do cave in (which happens to everyone!) Moderate yourself by taking what you want and eating it slowly and mindfully, this way you actually enjoy it and are thinking about what you're eating instead of just reaching out again and again without thinking. Take the amount you want and don't go back for seconds, or thirds (or fourths and fifths lol). As for eating something bad and then saying "It's okay because I'm going to the gym". Then we've made an excuse to allow us to eat something we really shouldn't be eating. You lose the value of working out because now you're eating unhealthy0

Just wait until your cheat meal.. That's what helps me.. Just remember your goals and why you're doing this. There is always going to be obstacles and people who are going to push you down, even if it's not there intentions.. You just gotta put your head down and move forward.0
