New to workouts, Need Suggestions!!!!!

I need some workout suggestions, I have nothing but billy blanks taebo and two 5 pound weights.

There are lots of exercise videos on youtube or you can borrow from your library. Just keep trying different things until you find what you like. Walking is also a great place to start.
As far as the weights, when I'm watching TV I'll do bicep, tricep, and shoulder exercises during the commercials. Every little bit helps.

On YouTube you can find Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred". Many people have had great results in the 30 days. I am currently on Level 2 of this workout and in a little over two weeks have about 5 pounds, seeing more definition in my arms and I'm sure I have gone down in waist size but I forgot to measure that. I do use 5 lb weights when doing the workout.
It is a 20 minute workout that is pretty intense but the results are great for many who have tried it out. If you choose to do that just make sure you wear some good shoes and if you can get a yoga mat that will help with the impact on the knees and lower legs.0 -
I would try doing as much cardio as you can. Go for a long walk. Then make it a jog, and finally a run also. Since you have weights you can look at bodybuilding.com and they have tons of workouts created for specific muscles. Good luck! You can add me if you want to get more information.0
