Plateau, but I aint stopping...one year progress pics

I've been pretty serious about this fitness journey since January, and I've been a little down at my lack of progress the past 8 weeks. So when pictures from my department's annual golf outing were released, I decided to compare them to LAST year's outing pics...just for the hell of it! While I was a bit embarrassed that my butt was hanging out in the golf cart pic, I felt pretty darn good about the difference! So this is my little attempt to help keep my motivation up! I have never been able to lose weight, so being down nearly 30 lbs is awesome--Thanks MFP!! Here's to keepin' on!

    Wow!! that's amazing. You look great. And you know what? The scale is just a number. My scales say 17 lbs but my clothes say 2 sizes because i have toned up my rear end and legs from walking. The difference of 30 lbs is huge. Good luck on the rest.

    Thanks, all! I still have a ways to go. I'm adding in more exercise and back to logging every day hoping to break through. No matter what, I feel awesome (except for the broken toe that gives me fits when I'm trying to do my workouts). ;)
