8 lbs in 7 days!! WHOO YEAH!

So excited. Last Thursday I weighed 174 lbs and today I weigh 166 lbs. Very happy about my progress. Hard work and proper nutrition pays off.
Sticking to my recommended calorie intake, cutting back on sugar, rice and pasta. Drinking at least 8 cups of water. Cardio for an hour 4 times a week to burn at minimum 500 calories plus weights, not to mention starting Couch to 5k this week. Wow. Feels good!
