Lost 114 lbs. and still going

Hello everyone just reaching out to everyone to share my progress. I started at about 400 lbs. and now I am down to 267 lbs. WOW what a diffrence in the way I feel let alone in the way I look. My goal is to reach 195 lbs. and obviously be extermley healthy. I want to encourge anyone to add me if they would like, believe me I know how hard it is trying to do this alone :) Tell me what you all think!!

    You are doing great! I've lost 100lbs myself and still working towards completing my goals. It's hard work but so very worth it, progress pics are my favorite - because that's when you can really look and be proud of the hard work :)

    It's inspiring to see such dedication!!

    I have lost 34 lbs and I feel a HUGE difference. I still have 95 lbs to lose! This time next year I would like to be down another 60 at least! Then I want to Walk/Jog a 5K I am doing the C25K program now.
