    Thanks guys! Its been quite the journey on this healthy and fitnees road! :tongue: no matter what you are doing stay consistent in it you will get there as well. Im still working towards my goal but then again when I do get there it doesn 't stop.:smile: Keep pushing yourself and do the BEST of YOUR ability.
