    It's inspiring to see such dedication!!

    I have lost 34 lbs and I feel a HUGE difference. I still have 95 lbs to lose! This time next year I would like to be down another 60 at least! Then I want to Walk/Jog a 5K I am doing the C25K program now.

    I can only see your "after" picture and only a quarter of your "before" picture, but that is an amazing loss and you look good. Keep it up! Keep strong and you will reach that 195 although even if you got to 220, you would look totally great because you have broad shoulders.
