Hiya everyone, just joined the site and finding it amazing! Got fed up of always being the fatter one and feeling totally inadequate whenever I went out. Recently we went on holiday abroad and I was about the only person NOT in a bikini... not that i'm sure I could wear one anyway but I can dream  I was the weirdo dressed from head to toe hiding myself and next year I want to not be so hung up on my weight so hopefully with this site and everyone's support I can achieve my goal. Very inspirational reading some of the stories on here!

Please feel free to add me, think i'm going to need all the support I can get x

    Hello,

I strongly recommend you to read some of articles on marksdailyapple.com and buy one of his books, "The Blueprint Primal". Otherwise you could research for more info on Paleo/Primal marconutrient. I am in Paleo/Primal Group inside of the MFP (my fitness pal). You could join to learn more about the Paleo/Primal.

I am sure you haven't heard of the crossfit thing but www.crossfit.com could give you an idea. However, it might be too challenging for you. Anyway, I am just trying to give you the tools that I lost my weights.

I don't know if you could easily get bacons in UK, if so, then I strongly encourage you to buy bacons and eat them daily.

You could check my food diary for an insight of the paleo/primal's marconutrient.

I wish you the best to lose your weight and to be in well fitness as you desired to be.

    Eric
  • Hiya, I will certainly look into the book  I'm going to sound dumb, but what are bacons?? Probably don't have them in the UK :frown:

Thanks for adding me, I usually go a fortnight then start to slip so I might need a kick up the backside!

    Thanks for your help
