When Do I Change my Calorie intake? HELP PLEASE

I'm a 31yr old male currently at 208.7lbs at 5'9'' roughly 20-22% body fat. My weight, height, job activity level (desk job) its say this:

2lbs a week loss = 1380 Calorie intake.
1.5lbs a week loss = 1630 Calorie intake.
1 lbs a week loss = 1880 Calories intake.

My recommended BMI weight is 170ish to be normal weight. I think I want to be about 180ish with about 15% body fat.

I've lost 56lbs since January (2lbs week loss) and I know I have another 30lbs to go either way. What would you recommend I change it too? I've been at 2lbs since January.

with only 20-30 lbs left I'd suggest you be at 1lb a week tops.

I've seen this all over the forums:

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.

So yes, 1 lb a week is probably a good place to start! Good luck :)

I've read several places to redo your numbers after every 5 - 10 pounds of weight loss. I'd re-run my numbers and then see if you want to change the aggressiveness of it depending on how you feel about the numbers and if you will feel sustained.
